Green Square - Town Centre Sydney

Green Square Town Centre is a landmark $1.7 billion residential, commercial and retail development set to transform Sydney’s Inner South. The new Town Centre will become a vibrant centrepiece for the broader Green Square Urban Renewal area, which takes in parts of Alexandria, Beaconsfield, Rosebery, Waterloo and Zetland.

Conveniently located directly above and adjacent to the Green Square Railway Station, the Town Centre will be a unique ‘urban village’ built around a network of new European-style piazzas and green, open spaces. Its design will promote easy interaction and foster the formation of an authentic community.

Arranged around the piazzas will be a cosmopolitan mix of restaurants, cafés, shopping, entertainment and culture – creating an exciting place to live and visit as well as a major new hub for business. When completed, the Town Centre will provide around 2,500 homes and is already attracting significant international and national businesses.
