Green Square - Town Centre Sydney

Strong leadership will be required to deliver the vision for the Green Square Town Centre. This leadership will be provided by the City of Sydney and Landcom, who are committed to bringing the Town Centre to reality. 

Green Square Town Centre is firmly on the State Government’s agenda, being identified as a ‘Planned Major Centre’. Delivery of the Town Centre represents the Government’s vision in action and is integral to creating new employment centres and liveable communities for NSW. 

With the support of the State Government, the City of Sydney and Landcom are working to facilitate development of the Town Centre. 

The City of Sydney has developed the planning framework and will oversee development within the Town Centre. 

Landcom will use its development expertise and connections with the development industry to stimulate investment and development in the Town Centre.
