Development Consent granted by the City of Sydney
On 27 July 2007, Landcom submitted to the City of Sydney a Development Application (DA) to demolish the Waterloo Incinerator. On 2 October 2007, Development Consent was granted by the City of Sydney.
Landcom is currently involved in a tender process to select a demolition contractor. Landcom expects construction to commence in November and it will take 5 months to completely demolish the Incinerator.
