Landcom Issues Tenders for Green Square
Landcom today announced it has invited five national companies and consortiums to submit Tenders for the Green Square Town Centre Initial Sites Offering, a major component of the $1.7 billion project. The companies, who were short listed through an EOI process, are Mirvac / Leighton Properties, CRI Australia / Colonial First State, Lend Lease, Citta Property Group / Babcock & Brown and ISPT.
