Revised planning proposal on exhibition for public comment

The City of Sydney is re-exhibiting Landcom, Mirvac and Leighton’s revised Planning Proposal for the Green Square Town Centre.

The original Planning Proposal was exhibited from 20 November to 20 December 2010.

Changes have been made to the original proposal, in response to submissions and a thorough urban design review.

The main changes are: 

  • Rearranging the floor space to improve sunlight access and amenity for neighbouring buildings and public spaces.

The revised Planning Proposal is on exhibition from Friday 16 September to Monday 3 October 2011.
