Green Square - Town Centre Sydney

Plans for the Core Town Sites within Green Square Town Centre, which Landcom and the Consortium have submitted to Council, are now on exhibition.

If approved, these plans will pave the way for the creation of a new community, including high quality apartments, shops and commercial space.

Key features of the plan include:

• Vibrant public areas totalling approximately 21,600m2 of  diverse open space, including plazas and new roads

• About 1,500 dwellings made up of one, two and three bedroom apartments, totalling approximately 149,000m2

• Shopping facilities totalling approximately 15,600m2, including specialty stores, fresh food and produce and a moderately sized supermarket

• Transport for everyone, including nearby bus and train services, safe walkways and cycle paths, car access and retail parking

• Construction of two new roads

• Creation of about 4,300 permanent commercial and retail jobs, supported by approx 59,000m2 of commercial space.
