Green Square - Town Centre Sydney

Green Square Town Centre is a long term project that will evolve over the next 10 to 15 years.

Demolition of the former Waterloo Incinerator was completed by Landcom in mid 2008, representing the first tangible delivery milestone on the site.  

In late 2008, Landcom appointed a consortium of Mirvac/Leighton Properties as the preferred tenderer for the Initial Sites Offering within Green Square Town Centre. This is an important step towards commencing work on the new Town Centre.
