Landcom has secured control over a significant portion of the Town Centre, known as the Initial Site Offering, and will develop these sites in collaboration with the private sector.
Demolition of the former Waterloo Incinerator, completed in mid 2008, is the first physical milestone for the project and provides tangible evidence of Landcom’s commitment to delivering Green Square Town Centre.
