The Waterloo Incinerator site forms part of the Green Square Town Centre, an urban renewal project that will create a vibrant residential, commercial and cultural heart for the Green Square area.
Landcom is planning to demolish the Waterloo Incinerator as its first activity in the Green Square Town Centre.
