A new generation of workers

Continuing the site’s legacy as a place for workers. Green Square Town Centre will generate around 4,300 new permanent jobs in the crucial City to Airport jobs corridor. 2,500 additional jobs will also be created during construction of the Town Centre’s Core Sites.

Commercial buildings will be located close to both major roads and Green Square Train Station, encouraging local workers to walk, cycle or use regular bus and train services to get to work. This will help reduce traffic and private vehicle use.

This is a significant investment in the local Inner South region – with approximately 59,000m2 of commercial space set to attract a range of national and international companies to set up new headquarters in the fast growing Inner South of Sydney.

The business precinct will contribute to the Town Centre’s long term viability, securing it as an active and valued part of the business community for generations to come.
